The sessions outlined below are a suggestion only - you may have another way that you prefer to study



Session 1 - Cultural awareness in the workplace - Red tiles

  • cultural awareness in the workplace
  • creating a culturally and psychologically safe environment
  •  modifying work practices
A few points to think about for your blog:
Why would you wish to create a culturally safe work environment? Who will benefit from creating such an environment? 

Session 2 - Communication/ relationships - Purple tiles

This includes:
  • Revise effective communication techniques
  • communication strategies to eliminate bias and discrimination
  • using communication constructively to build effective workplace relationships
  • langauge barrier/ techniques

This includes:
  • causes of cultural conflict
  • identifying the ramifications of cultural conflict
  • Addressing cultural conflict
